How to resume recognition after running out of capacity

What to do when MyRun shows "Top-up required": buy recognition capacity and resume the paused analysis with one click.

Recognition consumes capacity per analyzed photo. If a batch is bigger than what you have left, processing pauses instead of failing: nothing is lost.

Steps

  1. Spot the Top-up required state on the event's recognition progress bar.
  2. Open Billing & Usage in the sidebar (visible to owners and admins) and check the Recognition card: it shows how much capacity you've used and have left.
  3. Top up the amount you need: it's a one-time purchase through Stripe checkout, no subscription.
  4. Go back to the event: the progress bar now offers Resume. Click it and analysis continues exactly where it stopped.

Good to know

  • Photos upload and display fine while recognition is paused: only tagging waits for the top-up.
  • Transient processing errors are retried automatically; Top-up required is strictly about capacity.
  • Buying capacity ahead of a big event avoids the pause entirely: see the Billing & capacity guides for how pricing tiers work.
