How to enable recognition for your albums

Turn on bib, face or sponsor recognition per album in MyRun, from the album settings or the event's Recognition area.

Recognition is opt-in per album: you decide which albums get tagged, and only those consume recognition capacity. There are two ways to switch it on.

From the event's Recognition area (several albums at once)

  1. Open your event and click Recognition.
  2. Pick the tab for the type you want: BIB, Selfie (face) or Sponsors.
  3. Click Enable. A dialog lists every album in the event with a switch per album.
  4. Turn on the albums you want and save. Tagging tasks are queued automatically for photos already uploaded.

From one album's settings

  1. Open the album and find the Settings switches.
  2. Turn on Bib Recognition, Face Recognition or Sponsor Recognition for this album.

Good to know

  • All recognition switches are off by default for new albums.
  • The bib model is chosen from your event type (Running/Cycling use the standard bib detector, Motorsport a detector tuned for numbers on riders and machines), which is why the type is locked after creation.
  • Albums with no recognition enabled are simply not tagged: photos still upload, host and display normally.
