Frequently asked questions
How do participants find their photos?
By typing their bib number, by uploading a selfie (face recognition), or by browsing the timeline by time taken. All three work in the shared gallery and in the embedded widget.
Do I need special bibs with 2D codes?
No. MyRun reads the standard bib numbers already printed on the bibs. A list of valid bib numbers makes results even cleaner, but it is optional.
Which events does MyRun work for?
Running, trail, cycling, triathlon, motocross and other motorsport events. Corporate events and festivals without bibs work with face recognition only.
Can I embed the gallery on my own website?
Yes. Paste a two-line embed code into any CMS (WordPress, Webflow, custom sites). Search, timeline and purchases run natively on your domain, under your brand.
How much does MyRun cost?
The first 5,000 photos are free, with all features included. After that you pay per photo volume for recognition and hosting. No subscription, no setup fees, no automatic charges.
Can I sell photos?
Yes. Connect Stripe, set prices and volume discounts, and keep 100% of the revenue. Watermarks protect the previews automatically.
Can I restrict the gallery to registered participants?
Yes. Make the event private and choose how participants log in: bib number + date of birth, email only, access code, or selfie. Import participants from a CSV.
What is sponsor recognition?
MyRun detects your sponsors' logos across the event photos and produces a visibility report you can share with them. Currently in beta.
Is MyRun GDPR compliant?
Yes. MyRun operates in the EU, offers a Data Processing Agreement to every organizer, and processes face data only to power selfie search for that event.
