Pricing questions
What do I get for free?
5,000 photos with bib and selfie recognition and 12 months of hosting, for as many events as you like. Every feature is included: gallery link, embeddable widget, private events, watermarks, photo sales and sponsor recognition.
What happens when I use up the free photos?
Nothing is charged automatically. When you need more, you buy recognition capacity in steps of 5,000 photos at the tier price above, and each purchase comes with 12 months of hosting.
What happens after 12 months of hosting?
You can extend hosting for 1 to 3 years at the per-photo-per-year price above. If hosting expires, the photos go offline but are not deleted: extending brings them back.
Is there a subscription or a monthly fee?
No. You pay once for the capacity you buy and top up whenever you want. There are no setup fees and no automatic charges.
Do you take a commission on photo sales?
No. Selling is optional, and if you enable it the payments go straight to your Stripe account. MyRun takes 0%; only Stripe's standard payment-processing fee applies.
What counts as a photo?
Every uploaded photo uses one unit of hosting capacity. Recognition capacity is used per analyzed photo, for each recognition type you enable on an album.
