How to brand your gallery: event logo vs watermark

Understand the difference between the MyRun event logo (gallery branding) and the watermark (overlaid on photos), and set both.

Two separate things brand your gallery, and they're configured in different places.

The difference

  • The event logo is shown on the gallery page itself, next to the event name. Pure branding: it never touches the photos.
  • The watermark is overlaid on the photos: protection plus branding on every displayed image.

Steps

  1. Set the event logo when creating the event, or later via the event page's Edit button (PNG/JPEG, max 1 MB).
  2. Design the watermark under the event's Watermark area (see the previous guides).
  3. Open your public gallery and check both: logo at the top, watermark on the photos.

Good to know

  • You can use the same artwork for both, but watermarks usually work better as a semi-transparent PNG.
  • The logo also appears in the embedded widget, keeping the experience on-brand on your own site.
