How to control where a watermark applies

Choose which image sizes get the MyRun watermark, add bib-based display rules, and manage watermark versions safely.

The Watermark settings panel decides where and when the watermark shows up.

Steps

  1. In the editor, open Watermark settings.
  2. Under Apply to, pick which image sizes get the watermark: small (thumbnail), preview and/or download. Default is all.
  3. Under Display rules, optionally restrict it by bib number with the operators Equals, Not equals, In range (for example 100-500) or Is one of (a comma-separated list).
  4. Save.

Good to know

  • Display rules let you treat groups differently: one watermark for elites (a bib range), another (or none) for everyone else.
  • Version protection: if the same watermark was edited in another tab or by a teammate, saving warns you ("Watermark was changed in another tab, reload and try again") instead of silently overwriting.
  • The Watermarks page lists every watermark with its dates; use the pencil to edit and the trash (with confirmation) to delete.
