How to track recognition progress

Follow MyRun's bib and face recognition progress bars after an upload, and know what Processing, Complete, Top-up required and Resume mean.

Right after you upload a batch of photos, the AI starts analyzing it. The event view shows a separate progress bar for bib recognition and face recognition while that happens.

Steps

  1. Upload photos to an album, then go back to the event page.
  2. Watch the progress bars: they refresh roughly every 10 seconds while the batch is being analyzed.
  3. Wait for the state to change. Each bar ends in one of these states: Complete means all eligible photos were analyzed; Top-up required means you ran out of recognition capacity, buy more under Billing & Usage to continue; Resume available means processing was paused and you can resume it with one click.

Good to know

  • Recognition runs per album and only for albums where it's enabled: see the Recognition & tagging guides.
  • You can keep uploading while a batch is processing: new photos join the queue.
  • The Processed counter in Event Statistics is the same information in number form.
