How to read your event statistics

Understand the MyRun event statistics: albums, photos, processed, tagged, plus gallery views, downloads and search counts.

Every event page opens with a live Event Statistics overview: processing numbers on one side, participant engagement on the other.

Steps

  1. Open Events in the sidebar and click your event. The statistics are at the top of the page.
  2. Read the processing numbers: Albums and Photos (what you uploaded), Processed (photos the AI has analyzed) and Tagged (people tagged across those photos).
  3. Read the engagement numbers: Views (gallery visits), Downloads, BIB Searches and Selfie Searches, all counted from real participant activity in your gallery or widget.

Good to know

  • Processed catching up to Photos means recognition is done for everything you uploaded.
  • Engagement numbers are a quick health check after you share the gallery: lots of searches with few downloads can mean participants aren't finding themselves, which is usually a missing valid-BIB list (see the guide on valid bib numbers).
  • Sponsor exposure gets its own report in the event's Recognition area (Sponsors tab, Beta).
