Understand the MyRun event statistics: albums, photos, processed, tagged, plus gallery views, downloads and search counts.
Every event page opens with a live Event Statistics overview: processing numbers on one side, participant engagement on the other.
Steps
- Open Events in the sidebar and click your event. The statistics are at the top of the page.
- Read the processing numbers: Albums and Photos (what you uploaded), Processed (photos the AI has analyzed) and Tagged (people tagged across those photos).
- Read the engagement numbers: Views (gallery visits), Downloads, BIB Searches and Selfie Searches, all counted from real participant activity in your gallery or widget.
Good to know
- Processed catching up to Photos means recognition is done for everything you uploaded.
- Engagement numbers are a quick health check after you share the gallery: lots of searches with few downloads can mean participants aren't finding themselves, which is usually a missing valid-BIB list (see the guide on valid bib numbers).
- Sponsor exposure gets its own report in the event's Recognition area (Sponsors tab, Beta).
