How to add the list of valid bib numbers

Enter your event's valid BIB numbers or ranges in MyRun so bib search only matches real participant numbers.

The valid BIB list is a whitelist that sharpens search accuracy: the AI may read many numbers in a photo (sponsor boards, clocks, other digits), but only numbers on your list count as real participant bibs.

Steps

  1. Open your event and click Recognition.
  2. You land on the BIB tab. Make sure bib recognition is enabled (the Enable switch).
  3. Under Participants BIB numbers, enter a single bib (for example 100) or a range: 100-150, or A-100..A-200 for prefixed numbers.
  4. Click Add. The entry appears as a chip and the total count of valid bibs updates.
  5. Repeat for every range you use; remove a chip anytime to drop that range.

Good to know

  • If you leave the list empty, MyRun falls back to a confidence threshold: only bibs the AI is very sure about are counted. A valid list gives visibly cleaner results.
  • The table below the list shows every detected bib and how many photos it appears in, with Edit and View actions per bib: that's also your entry point for fixing a wrong tag.
