Restrict a MyRun gallery to registered participants with the Private toggle, and switch it back to public anytime.
A private event shows a login screen instead of the open gallery: only people who can prove they participated get in.
Steps
- Open your event and click Privacy.
- Turn on the Private toggle (top right of the Privacy Settings page).
- Decide how participants will log in: import a credentials CSV (bib + date of birth, email, or access codes) or enable Login with selfie. See the dedicated guides for each.
- Share the gallery as usual: visitors now see the login form first.
Good to know
- Making the event private automatically marks its albums as private too.
- Turning privacy off is the same toggle: your imported credentials stay stored, so you can re-enable privacy later without re-importing.
- Privacy applies to the shareable link and the embedded widget alike.
