How to import participants from a CSV

The participant list is a plain CSV: one row per participant, with the credential columns you chose as the login method.

Steps

1. Open the event's Privacy page.
2. Click Examples and download the template that matches your login method (bib number + date of birth, email, email + bib number, or code).
3. Fill the template with your participants, one row each. For example: bib number,date of birth then 100,1990-01-15 on the next row.
4. Click Import, then drag your .csv in (or click to select it) and confirm with Upload CSV.
5. The participants appear in the table below, and the header shows the total count.

Good to know

• Importing replaces the whole existing list: the dialog warns you before you upload. Export or keep your master CSV as the source of truth.
• Optional columns vip and restricted access (values true/1/yes) set the two per-participant flags right from the file.
• Dates use the YYYY-MM-DD format, like 1990-01-15.
