How to give VIP or restricted access to participants

Use MyRun's per-participant flags - VIP for free downloads of paid photos, Restricted Access to show someone only their own photos.

Every participant row carries two optional flags that fine-tune what that person can do in your gallery.

What the flags do

VIP: the participant downloads monetized photos for free, no payment step. Perfect for elite athletes, sponsors and guests.
Restricted Access: the participant can only use search ("Find My Photos"). They can't browse albums or the timeline, and after login the gallery jumps straight to their own photos.

Set the flags in the CSV before importing: add a vip and/or restricted access column with true, 1 or yes for the rows you want.
Or toggle them later in the table: the Privacy page lists every participant with per-row VIP and Restricted Access switches.

The flags are independent: a participant can be VIP, restricted, both or neither.
Restricted access is the right tool when participants shouldn't see each other's photos (school events, corporate galleries).
