How to let a photographer upload without an account

An upload link gives a freelancer or partner direct upload access to one album, with no MyRun account and no login.

Steps

1. Open the album and click Upload Link.
2. Set the Link Expiration (days), or 0 for a link that never expires.
3. Click Generate Upload Link and copy the link.
4. Send it to your photographer. They open it in any browser and get the same upload experience: drag and drop, batches, progress, retry.

What the photographer can do through the link

• Upload photos and see what they uploaded.
• Delete their own uploads and set a cover photo.
• See basic album stats. Nothing else in your account is visible to them.

Good to know

• Regenerate issues a fresh link and instantly invalidates the old one; Revoke disables uploading through the link permanently.
• Use upload links for one-off contributors. A colleague who also manages events belongs in your team instead (see How to invite team members).
