How to set photo prices and volume discounts

Pricing is configured per event, and volume discounts reward participants for buying more: they apply automatically in the cart.

Steps

1. Open your event and click Monetization.
2. Click Pricing.
3. Set the Price per Photo (€): the base price, with two decimals (for example 5.00).
4. Optionally click Add Volume Discount and define tiers. Each rule covers a quantity range and is one of: Percentage off (buy 10-49 photos, 5% off); Fixed price per photo (buy 50+, €3.50 each); Pack price (a total price for a bundle).
5. Click Apply. Also make sure the albums you want to sell are switched to Monetized in their settings.

Good to know

• Stack several rules to build tiers: for example base €5.00, 5% off from 10 photos, €3.50 each from 50.
• The participant's cart shows the discount and the savings automatically; nothing to explain manually.
• Prices are in EUR.
