Understand the MyRun billing dashboard - the Recognition and Hosting cards, and the transaction history with invoices.
Billing & Usage is the one page that answers "how much do I have left, and what did I pay for?". It's visible to organization owners and admins.
Steps
- Open Billing & Usage in the sidebar.
- Read the Recognition card: how many photos you can still analyze (bib and face recognition share this pool).
- Read the Hosting card: photos hosted out of total capacity, and the Active until expiry date.
- Scroll the Transaction History: every purchase, bonus and adjustment with date, product, quantity and amount. Click Download on a row to get its invoice PDF.
Good to know
- There is no subscription and no automatic charge: every transaction in the history is one you explicitly made (or a bonus/adjustment credited to you).
- Recognition top-ups appear together with their bundled free hosting, so the history tells the whole story of your capacity.
