Keep your MyRun galleries online beyond the included 12 months by extending the hosting duration for your capacity.
Hosting keeps your photos online. Each recognition purchase includes 12 months of it; after that you extend it for as long as you want the galleries live.
Steps
- Open Billing & Usage and look at the Hosting card: it shows how many photos you're hosting out of your capacity, and the Active until date.
- Click Extend Duration.
- Pick the extension length (1 to 3 years). The dialog shows the price (per-photo, per-year) and previews the new expiry date.
- Click Buy and complete the Stripe checkout. The new date applies immediately.
Good to know
- If your galleries are done, you can also Shrink Capacity to reduce what you pay to keep hosted going forward.
- When hosting expires, photos go offline but are not deleted: extending brings them back online.
- When hosting is full, new photos can't come online until you extend or expand it.
